Our Story
For People Who Love Boomerangs
I began my boomerang journey in 2019, crafting and throwing boomerangs made from all kinds of materials. From 2021, I had the privilege of training with Bill Hirst, a seasoned and passionate boomerang athlete, which became a turning point in my development.
In 2022, I entered my first competition: the German Nationals. I earned an 2nd place in the MTA event. In the 2024 edition, I continued to improve, winning 1st place in Fast Catch, 3rd place in MTA and 4th overall.
In 2024, I competed for BoomerGang at the Boomerang World Cup, achieving several first places. Our team secured 3rd place overall, and I finished 11th individually, highlighted by a 2nd place in MTA with 70.64 seconds – a new Dutch record in MTA Unlimited.
In 2025, I completed my Master’s thesis in Computer Science, specializing in boomerang shape correspondence. Since then, I have continued to focus on the 3D geometry of boomerangs, including designing and 3D printing molds for carbon fiber layups.
